Teach courses: Basic Nutrition, Diet & Applied Nutrition, Food Preservation, Food Packaging, Introduction to Research Methodology, Culinary Marketing, and Food Packaging Technology. Conduct research and publish academic papers on food science, packaging, and nutrition. Provide community service by assisting Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) to improve product quality and implement hygiene and good manufacturing procedures.
Ensure rigorous standards of scientific peer-review process, evaluate research validity, and provide constructive feedback. I review for publications including the Journal of Food Measurement and Characterization, Elkawnie, Jurnal Kesehatan Manarang, and Window of Health.
Conduct small-group learning sessions on predetermined schedules. Provide discussion and consultation support (online and offline). Assess student performance through assignments, examinations, and final grades.
Conducted interviews for multiple prestigious programs, including the Indonesian International Student Mobility Awards (IISMA) in 2024, the Short Course on New Technologies in TVET, and International Business Readiness for Women-led MSMEs in the Food Sector.
