Asriadi Masnar, S.Gz., M.Sc.

Asriadi Masnar is a dedicated lecturer and researcher at the State Polytechnic of Creative Media in Jakarta, Indonesia. With a Master’s degree in Food Science and Technology from Curtin University, Australia, and a Bachelor’s degree in Science and Nutrition from Hasanuddin University, Indonesia, Asriadi has a strong foundation in his field. His research interests include food formulation, future food, food packaging, food preservation, and entrepreneurship. Asriadi actively conducts research, publishes academic papers, and provides community service to support the growth and development of the food industry in Indonesia.

Asriadi Masnar, dosen dan peneliti bekerja di Politeknik Negeri Media Kreatif, Jakarta, Indonesia. Dengan gelar Master di bidang Ilmu dan Teknologi Pangan dari Curtin University, Australia, dan gelar Sarjana di bidang Sains dan Gizi dari Universitas Hasanuddin. Asriadi memiliki passion yang kuat di bidang formulasi makanan, makanan masa depan, kemasan makanan, pengawetan makanan, dan kewirausahaan. Asriadi secara aktif melakukan penelitian, memublikasikan artikel ilmiah,  menulis buku, melakukan pendampingan dan pelatihan  pemberdayaan masyarakat guna mendukung pertumbuhan dan perkembangan pangan berkelanjutan di Indonesia.
